gaming rig upgrade

im thinking about purchasing some new gfx cards to play my games on higher settings. i was hoping i wouldnt need to upgrade anything else other than the cards. have a look at my rig at the moment and see if you think my cpu or anything else will ned upgrading also.

what im aiming for is to be able to run games like bioshock and unreal III (same gfx engines) on a higher res than 1024x768 with most settings on high if not maxed. im planning on purchasing a pair of BFG nVidia GeForce 8800GT OC 512MB, PCI Express 2.0 Graphics Cards costing £163.19 each. if i can get a simaliar result by spending less this advice would be appreciated also.
