cannot join 2 windows 2003 domain

when i am trying to join in windows vesta am getting error.........

An attempt to resolve the DNS name of a DC in the domain being
joined has failded. Please verify this client is configured to reach a DNS
server tjat cam resolve DNS names in the targe domain.


plz help me to solve this.....

thanks ....that link helped me a lot...now i can join to my windows 2003 domain..
but i have another problem...

in my office all users login in to the computer using their domain account with only user permission.......i create a domain account in one pc and gave user permission..but i cant login...am getting the error...."you cannot login using this method, please contact your network administrator". but i can login to 2003domain from vista with administration permissions...but it is not allowed here...any idea????
