IE 7 customizing settings

I just reset the IE settings a few days ago.
I have a problem with IE 7 customizing settings webpage because i cannot save the settings. It suck at applying settings for more than an hour.
Than, whenever i open IE 7, it redirect to the IE 7 customizing webpage.
How to fix it ?
