You need to boot into DOS (w/ CD-Rom support) and go to your CD-Rom drive w/ ME in it and type "setup.exe" and it should take it from there.

after reinstalling Windows

When I start up my computer it goes all the way to the last screen where I am suppose to put in my name and password, but then it goes to a blue screen and says an error has occured. It says press enter to go to Windows, but that carries me to a blank black screen and then it says also that you can press ctrl+alt+del and restart the computer, but then it goes through the same process over and over again. It also says Tile Name:
IOS(05) + 00001ED1 Error: 0E: 0028: C02D0E2D and then press any key to continue and again it goes to a blank black screen. HELP!!
