How to get Internet fiels from one comp to another

My school issue laptops to take home to do work, but you cannot connect to Internet, so could i get games from internet, non d/l ones?

Things i've tried:

*Making them avalible offline and then putting the Offline files on MEM stick and stuck 'em on laptop

*Creating a shortcut to desktop AND sticking dat to a MEM stick an stuck 'em on lappy didn't work.

I have Internet at home, but not on lappy cuz school blocked it GRR
