As usual, you need to provide much more information; first, what is your ISP, i.e. cable modem, DSL, dialup, etc.? Second, the model of your Belkin router, esp. if it provides a wireless option? Finally, how to you want to 'attach' your PCs (wired, wireless, or a combination) - I'm assuming that all of your PCs have appropriate NICs - answers to these questions will allow others to provide more specific responses -

Junlee - just as a start, Belkin should have some pretty simple installation connections to help you - I have a Linksys G-wireless router, so same type of setup; you need to connect your cable modem to the Belkin router (check for a WAN connection - should be explained in the Belkin setup); I woud then 'wired' the router to your basic destop computer (your can run the Belkin setup program through this connection - check on the Belkin software that may need installation); once you have the cable-modem-computer running correctly & getting an internet connection, then try to connect your remaining computers (wired or wireless to the router) - a number of choices need to be made if you want to go 'wireless' w/ one or more of your computers - again, check the Belkin options; this should get you started - but please report back if problems arise - good luck - these home networks have become a lot easier in recent years -

Yep, guess that I misunderstood - assumed that you just wanted to get on the internet w/ the computers. Check this Google Search (http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&rlz=1T4DMUS_en___US204&q=windows+file+sharing) for plenty of hits on file sharing in Windows; your need to go into the LAN options of your computers and enable 'File and Printer Sharing' - pic attached is the option selected on my office computer (don't have my home computers setup for sharing) - good luck and please post back if all works (need to get my printers working w/ all computers @ home!) -
