Hi,
I have a friend who was playing around on his router.
He used his browser to type in his modem IP address and disabled his NAT and NAPT from there. After that he lost all internet connections, but was able to find out his private IP address.
He re-enabled his NAT and NAPT, re-booted his router and computer but he still he cannot access the internet. He is going to try a different computer on his network now to see if internet works on it now.
Can anyone please help so i can tell him how to fix it.
Much appreciated.
P.S. He is Australian with the ISP Telstra if that information helps.
