Can't view a link to .wmv files

I have Windows Vista 32.
Everything has been relatively fine until this past week.

For some reason now, I cannot click on an email link OR type the link directly in my browser to a .wmv file.

Well, I can, but it says "Internet Explorer Cannot Display This Page"
Yet, on my other 2 computers, the link plays just fine.

This is the link in particlar I am speaking of:

And yes, this is also from my website.

I have downloaded the latest updates from my Nvidia GeForce Card, updated every piece of software that Microsoft tells me to.

What could be causing this problem?
I've posted links over a dozen times and never had a problem in the past and now I suddenly do.

Nevermind.

I found on another board there could be a conflict between windows media player and VLC media player, so I deleted the VLC player and now my clip plays fine.
