i am new to the place but i have been troubleshooting friends for some time, now i have job in the field and i love it.
on a site note i am looking to purchase my first laptop (have many desk tops) and i am curious as to know what the others of you recommend...

my son went to the dell site where they get thier rentals back i think he told me he got a pent 3 for a little over 400.00 dollars and he said it still had some of the warrenty with it and after he got through doing all the upgrades he had a little over 600.00 in it but now he has at the least over a 2000 $ computer he loves it,i hate all oem machines but if i was going to get one a dell is the only one i would touch

i dunno, i am thinking i am gonna go for an ibook from apple. from what i have seen they are fine systems. and i got hooked the first time i played with one this weekend. i went to the apple site as i don't have any mac retailers in my town and i designed a fine system for half the price of the dell and sony vaio systems i built.
just gotta see what i get when i get it i guess.
