beer bandit

see this

Quote:
BLIN, Ireland (AP) — Irish police were hunting for a beer bandit who stole 450 full kegs from the Guinness brewery — the largest heist ever at Ireland's largest brewer.

National police said a lone man drove into the brewery — a Dublin landmark and top tourist attraction — on Wednesday and hitched his truck to a fully loaded trailer awaiting delivery to city pubs.

I am wondering, has anyone heard from Lufbra lately?

I heard from Dave yesterday.

It couldn't have been him as he's only interested in the water out of The Liffey anyway.

Dublin is the worst place I have ever drank Guinness by the way.

Ironic really!

Yeah, but the Guiness was nice wasn't it? Ha, a ha, ha ha, haaa.

Fancy a pikey on the nick in Dublin! whatever next! a diddly-dum band playing in the porterhouse?

Dan, I'm generalising a bit here, but there a few very dodgy peeps living in Dublin, in a nice way, of course. Anyone pulling off this stunt would be feted by all walks of society, they like a bit of cheeky-chappy antics over in Ireland, with the attitude of "ah well, Guinness can afford a couple of barrels to go missing".

I've never liked Guiness, I could never figure out whether you drink it or eat it using a spoon!
