Internet free phone
 hi allcan any body tell me how can i call from my laptop to all international call in free of cost.

As far as I know, there are no programs or applications that allow you to make international calls for free. The closest to that would be Skype, or another messenger that allows calling.

Look at
http://www.voipbuster.com/en/index.html http://www.voipcheap.com/en/index.html http://www.voipstunt.com/en/index.html each has a different list of countries that you can call free. You have to make a small deposit but this is not used unless you call countries not on the list or unless you call premium rate numbers in the countries on the list. After several months you do lose the deposit but if you make lots of free calls this is a small price to pay.
