Looks good. I've gone for a similar build. Main differences on mine i've gone for the E6850 processor. Also I've gone for a 150GB Raptor (10,000rpm) as my main drive which I would definetely recommend if you can stretch your budget a little more. Also how about getting Vista so you can play games like Crysis with DX10?

The Raptor 150...is a good option.
On the OS I think till SP1 is released I will stay away from it on my gaming system.
