I had a nice crash in XP Pro x64 for an unknown reason at 11 PM yesterday, so that was fun to fix. I finally fixed it, but am just going to do a clean install... I would just use Ubuntu or another Linux distro only but there are a few Windows-only programs I need that don't work with WINE. :(

About time we got an update on college life too!
So far it is going well. Right around Thanksgiving I had a test and/or paper in every class, so that was fun. Finals are coming up the week of Dec 17th, but I only have one in Calculus 3, Physics, and Computer Science since the rest of my classes have a project or paper instead. And yes, my room is still pretty clean. I'm going to clean it up a bit later today while waiting for XP to install.

Yesterday was an eventful day at work where I usually fix e-mail and other computer problems or help out in the data center and office. I accidentally discovered and reported a security flaw then removed a lot of fiber cable from the data center and was reminded that disconnecting the wrong cables could bring down the whole campus...

Forgot to mention that during my XP troubles Setup (which didn't recognize my installation until some work from a Linux Live CD) found 4.29 petabytes (petabyte = of unallocated space. If only. ;) I was going to take a picture as proof but I deleted a partition and the space disappeared, so I only have one witness.
