some ONE HELP ME!

I MADE MY OWN COMPUTER I PUT EVERYTHING IN RIGHT AND THEN WHEN IT COMES TO INSTALLING WINDOWS ME IT STOPS.
WHEN I TRIED INSTALLING WINDOWS ME IT STOPS AT THE LAST STEP.

DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO FIX IT?

it stops installing at step 5 and again i built this computer and it did not have a operating system
