We need to know a little more info. about the system to be able to answer that question. What is the make and model number of the system or the make and model number of the Motherboard. Wee need to know this to be able to tell if it is a AGP card, PCI card or a PCI-e card.

Use the link in my signature for System Requirements lab and when you get there in the drop down box pick the game you want to play then click the "Can you run it button" let it install what it needs to check your system and it will come up with what you need to play the game. Use the Dell that you posted to do it then you will know exactly what is needed.

warcraft 1
you only need a 1MB PCI Video card, any will do
Warcraft 2, maybe you should bump it up to 2MB here, available in PCI
Warcraft 3 I think you would need a TNT2 16MB - 32MB for a good FPS here, Available in PCI too
World of Warcraft
Well now the game is decent enough to actually use that PCI Express 16x slot, Geforce 6200GT should do the trick, of course the 6200GT works on those older Warcraft Games as well

My daughter is running a Geforce 6200 no gt or anything else and it plays WoW decently. But if you're buying a new graphics card why not get something a little better so you can play newer games?

How much money are you looking to spend? $50-$100? Try any GeForce starting with 8XXX (8200-8800). Or since I'm a heretic, a Radeon x1XXX (x1300-x1950) for instance.

If you're willing to shell out a bit more, about $250 or so will get you a GeForce 8800GT, and that'll be enough to not worry about upgrading for a while.
