[Help]I see red square green curcle and blue triangle when on images[HELP]

My yonger brother has had me botherd since he carnt get on many games on the internet as that little image pops up in the left hand side corner I have tryed going on to I.E tools internet options and deleting cookies and temporary internet files and deleting the files But still dosent work also my Show pictures box is ticked so i am not so sure what it is
