This is a new one on me....
A lady called the other day and complained that after being on the Internet for 20 to 30 minutes her display gets jumbled. She has to restart the system to clear the problem. She says it happens ONLY when she is on the net. She is using COX cable for her internet sevice. She is running WIN98 and uses IE. This all I know for now.
Could the settings be changing while she is on the net? Refresh rate?
As a guesstamation, I suspect the video card or her ISP for starters.........Anybody have an idea?
