What are you trying to split?
From what I can see, this is used mainly for P2P programs and, more specifically, illegal downbloads.
If memory serves me right, you are also using an illegal version of XP - Egyptian Hak.

HJSpliter can be used to split any file type. You can download it from most download sites
Not sure why you couldn't of googled this yourself
