Question Internet service provider

We travel extensively and need an ISP with an 800 number as well as local numbers. Is there such a thing? I would appreciate any suggestions or pointers on how to choose the best ISP for us. I have been looking for some time and the choices are somewhat overwhelming. Thanks!

No recommendations from me, but you can look at The ISP Guide for the right info!
