"Internet explorer must close"

I just got a new microsoft zune, and in order to put songs onto my player I have to use the zune software. Every time I install the software, at the last second a message appears saying "zune software installer and updater has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience"

What do I do to fix this problem?
