After Christmas and New year's Day, many friends and I have took lots of photos.
How about share them with friends?
Create flash slideshow and share it online maybe the best way.
But how to turn my photos into flash slideshow? I don't know flash skills.
Are there any small tool very easy-to-use?

Flash is actually probably one of the worst ways you could do it. For starters you need Flash (expensive) + Flash scripting experience (time-consuming), or a flash slideshow creator (expensive, no free ones without watermarks/advertising).
Secondly, it will turn your pictures into poor quality. Thirdly, the file will be much larger than if you just used the pictures themselves. Lastly, people won't be able to save the images from the file.

There are better ways to do it, eg:
Create a slideshow in PowerPoint (or OpenOffice Impress)
Embed the files on a web page and use HTML or JavaScript slideshow (Microsoft have a free program (http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx) for this)

Well, I don't have a specific answer for you (I'd probably use PPT or Impress since I own & have used these programs), but recently my son & DIL e-mailed us several photo album cards for the holidays using Smile Box (http://www.smilebox.com/index.html), which seem to work well for this purpose; however, I've not used the program personally nor do I know 'how' it works, but you might want to take a look. Also, just Google 'slideshow sharing sites' and you should get plenty of hits to explore. Good luck & please report back - I'd be interested in scanning in some old family photos & sharing them w/ my brothers!

P.S. Open Office's Impress can save in slideshow formats & also as a Flash file - I've not given it a try yet, but CHECK HERE (http://www.openoffice.org/product/impress.html)!

hi,happlyla
Maybe you can try Flash slideshow builder (http://www.flash-slide-show.com/), Flash slideshow builder maker,SWF 'n Slide Prol etc.
This kind of tool are too many and very easy-to-use. Drag-&-drop your photos in and then with some mouse clicks, an a flash photo slideshow will be completed in minutes.

You can search them at Google and have a try.

People won't be able to save the images from the file actually a big problem.
