Update!
Hello to everyone! I'm trying to update Trend Micro Antivirus but every time I try I get a message..."Unable to update your protection. Make sure your Internet connection works before you try again." My internet connection is working fine. I have no idea where to go from here! Thanks in advance for your help!

Do you have a firewall that you need to allow that program access to the internet?
