DEP programs will not start after removing virus WIn32/PEPatch

Hi, yesterday while browsing the web, I accidentally downloaded a virus that infect WIN32/PEPatch. It was detected by AVG free and was quarantined and removed.

However, now programs that run DEP (Data Execution Prevention) such as windows DVD maker and windows Movie maker do not work. They open up and then clash.

Please kindly advise how should I solve this problem so that my DVD and Movie makers work again?
