Problems w Network and Sharing etc

I am having probs with my "Connect To" and my "Network and Sharing" taking 5 to 10 min to load up. My internet connection icon on my taskbar says "server execution failed" and "connection status unknown". When I go to Task Manager to close Network and Sharing that doesn't want to load I get this msg: internal error: (pb_msie: SCW-CSE-1 80070002) . I am using Windows Vista Home Premium on a Toshiba Satellite A205-S4587 laptop. I normally connect to a linksys modem and a belkin wireless router; however I work on a boat and sometimes go through whatever wireless is in a range (usually a linksys or a belkin). I can connect to the internet as normal just it's slower to load up the aforementioned items.

What do you normally have in your 'network and sharing'?

I'm not sure, but it may be that since you hop between networks that it takes awhile to load because not everything in "network and sharing' can be found.

I have in my Network and Sharing Center: something that says Unknown and underneath it says server execution failed, then underneath that a header that says Sharing and a bunch of sharing settings underneath.......and now im trying to click on it and its not wanting to come up from minimize......do to lag or something probly involved with this mess heh

I'm still having the probs with Server Execution Failed and Network and Sharing Center doesn't even act like its there.....when I open Connect To A Network it takes like 5+ min to load up.....but its just with that partof my OS im having probs...
