Disable driver signature enforcement?

I bought the game DiRT for PC and when beginning the game it tells me I have emulation processes running. After doing some research I've found it's a common issue with the protection program used with this game. It seems the only way to fix it is to disable driver signature enforcement within Vista.

The problem is that my search has showed multiple ways to do so, but they all seem to be outdated. How can I do this as of 2008?
