Hello, I have a compaq presario computer. For Christmas I got a LogTech mic head set. I really want it to work so that no one can hear conversions and that I might be able to talk to someone. I hooked it up and neither the sound or mike works when I try to talk to someone. My computer speakers work fine cause I can here them on that. I was wondering why its not working. The computer is not catching that I added a mike to it. I'm running windows XP home Edition. Also was wondering if there's a way to check the plug-ins on the computer to see if they are working. If you need added information I can supply it. Thank you very much for any help you can provide.
