A friend of mine (elderly) is sending me emails that are either encrypted (I checked, encryption is not enabled)or in MIME format. I don't know what is going on. She is sending them from Windows Mail to me at Outlook Express. We both have Vista operating system. I would really appreciate some help as I don't want to discourage her from using the internet ad she is getting a bit disheartened.
