which of the following can act as a dhcp relay agent?

windows server 2003 ddomain controller? windows xp pro?
windows 2000 advanced server?
windows 2000 pro? for a test i'm doing,cant find the answer anywhere

For sure the first two flash, but I'm fairly sure you can't on the windows 2000 pro (non server) os.
