be bratz usb key cant get it to work

i have just brought a be bratz for my daughter and i dont no how to find the key launcher does anyone no im on windows vista basic

hi im on windows vista home basic. im having trouble connecting the usb key. on instructins its told me to find external drive letter named key launcher.havent a clue were to look as im not that clued up about computers if anyone could give advise i would be grateful as its hard to explain to a 7 year old it dont work

"Key Launcher" should appear when you open My Computer.

is that the one were it tells you about hard disk drives and devices with removable storage really sorry not that clued up about computers

Yes, sorry...in Vista it's call just "Computer." If there's no shortcut on the Desktop to it, it's on the Start Menu.
