One of my user accounts can access the internet, the others can not.
Here are the facts that I can think of:
- One account can access the internet via both wired and wireless.
- I disabled all non-essential startup services and programs in msconfig
- I did a virus scan.
- Totally updated version of XP Home.
- I created a new user account. It can not access the internet via wire or wireless.
- All user accounts are administrator accounts.
- The non-internet accessing accounts do receive an IP. They are able to ping the server and the gateway router. However, they can't ping the internet.
Any ideas? Something small I am missing?
