I've never come across that baby, but I'm sure I can find the manual for it. Should be a bit fiddly from my last daliance with a BT voyager!

OK, this baby is a bit of a pig, as most BT Voyagers are.
First off, are you into the router interface ok? Presumably you got in and couldn't find a tab in advanced security that said "firewall". Sadly, there isn't one, you need to do all that work manually.

Suggest you go to this page and click on the "Use our new BT Voyager help guide" button on the right to get going. Have a poke around in there and see if it does the trick.

If it doesn't then post back and let us know what specific task you want to knock the firewall off for, and perhaps we can point you at the right actions to take.

Yeah, it sure is a pain - which application is it? Then we can work out which port to unblock.
