Broadband Very Slow.

Hi Guys, i wonder if someone can help, my current broadband connection is awful, its probably slower than dial-up at the moment.

I complained to my provider and they have changed our telephone line and sent me a new router, but its still so slow, my PC is pretty new and quite high spec.

I just wanted to know is there any checks i can do on my PC to make sure its not a problem at my end before i get back to my provider and have a moan, many thanks.
