trouble w/ auto updates

running vista ultimate.. am having trouble w/ 1 download
Update for Windows Vista (KB941649) for past 4 months.. I am at wits end..please HELP!

Installation date: ‎2/‎1/‎2008 8:25 PM

Installation status: Failed

Error details: Code 800F0826

Update type: Recommended


trouble is, I downloaded a fix for this program:

Installation status: Successful

Update type: Important

Fix for KB941649

this affects all other other updates, which I manually download from microsoft, the automatic update continues to tell me that I need to download this KB941649... I have gotten the following error codes
800F0826 (which is easily googled and investigated)
8007054E (which cannot be found on Microsofts website or any other)
8242016 (also cannot be found or googled)
all 3 error codes have been related to KB941649

I...I..I am begining to HATE Vista & Bill Gates....:dizzy:
