It's located in C:\Program files\Common Files\Zing\Zingspooler.exe
I found it in my startup list.

It should be un-installed as it was used for a drag and drop program to upload pictures to www.zing.com. Since Zing has gone out of business, it no longer works.

Did a search for Zing, deleted all traces.
