sony vaio question
Hi, I recently bought a sony laptop; it is the fz340e/b version. Now i know that it says on the advertisements that this laptop has a t7250 cpu within it, but when i go into device mananger it says it's a t7700. i've tried using cpu-z and forceware but they both say it's the t7250. which one (device manager vs cpu-z and forceware) contains the correct information? another thought, it seems to me like cpu-z and forceware are merely going by manufacturers specs. also, does anyone else have the same laptop with the same findings as i do?

Download and run SiSoft's Sandra (from here). Grab the free 'Lite' version. Click the Hardware tab, and then the Processors icon to find out exactly what's under the hood. If Sandra agrees with cpu-z, I'd bet the farm on it.
