Internet Security

Where on this site do i locate nis/08 file download, for Norton Internet Security? As i have inadvertently uninstalled my security and Norton says i need to save this file to reinstall internet security.

Welcome to CTH. You can't. You will have to contact Norton about the issue, unless you have a disk.

Hi Andy,

This is Mike from the Norton Authorized Support Team responding to your post about Norton Internet Security.

The first thing you will want to do is to use the Norton Removal Tool to properly remove all Norton products from your computer. Please follow the steps below.

1. Click on the following link to download the Norton Removal Tool:

2. After you run the tool, please restart your computer. Then log in to Windows again and run the removal tool again. Restart your computer after it is finished running the second time as well.

3. If you have a valid subscription, please locate your original order information and then go to the following website to re-download and install Norton Internet Security.
