This is a problem that is occuring on my mother's computer. She has a tendency to "click now and ask questions later". When she attempts to retrieve an e-mail, the message won't open, but it appears in her task bar at the bottom of the screen. In order to open the message, she must right click and maximize. Is there a setting that minimizes all messages? If I set the view to show a preview pane, the message appears. I'd rather not do that, however. Any help you could give me would be appreciated. Thanks.
