I have been wondering - could use the & sign in a domain name ?.

E.G ___ http://www.something&something.com

Or would I have to have to use and ?

E.G. ___ http:www.somethingandsomething.com

The only valid characters for a domain name are the letters of the alphabet, numbers 0 through 9 and the hyphen.

So, no, you can't use an ampersand (&).
