Hi,
I have used the freeware naomi filter.
Recently comodo bo clean has said that naomi filter is a trojan.

Is this true? Is naomi filter a malicious software of is Comodo bo clean wrong?

Also does anyone know a proven list of known freeware that are trojans?

There is no such list Megatron. Spyware Warrior does maintain a list of rogue programs but these are only antispyware utilities. See here (http://spywarewarrior.com/rogue_anti-spyware.htm).

Regarding the file that Comodo BO Clean has said is a trojan, find it and upload it to an online scanner. See here (http://www.virustotal.com/en/indexf.html). If it gets a clean bill of health, you need to contact Comodo and let them know.
