I downloaded an operating system that has x86 and 64bit installation, as separate ISO's, however is it possible to program these ISO's, so when the computer first turns on, it gives 2 options boot 64bit install version or boot x86 install version. The files are very small thats why I was hoping to put on one disk.

Thats weird because Windows98 boot disk for example, gives different options about where to boot. Or is this because the system would reject seeing 2 format options. Unless you make it so, the system chooses (at startup) what ISO to go with.

Windows98 disk does that because it's programmed to. Unless you want to write your own boot loader, which then loads your own OS which will effectively mount the chosen ISO, then will emulate BIOS booting to run through that ISO's boot sequence, it's not an option.
