Hi,
I have been using my 2000 version of Outlook for a few years now and all was working well.
Suddenly, when clicking on the "send/receive" on the toolbar, nothing seems to happen and then it shows that it had up and downloaded the email after all. I have not made any changes to the system that I know of.
I sure miss the window that has always popped up with the download progress bar when selecting the send/receive in the toolbar.
I have used the repair utility on the Outlook2000 disk and also re-installed Outlook over the current application. So far, nothing has helped.
When I right click on the send/receive,the options "standard-advanced and web" can be un/checked. When using any of those options, the desired window pops up very briefly and only once.
I have looked through all of the "customize" or "options" but I can't seem to find any way to fix my problem.
Has anybody experienced the same?
Do you have any suggestions?
