I just downloaded a driver for my Logitech webcam
S/N: lza03508196
M/N: V-UD4
Ever since I downloaded it, whever I go to open up Internet Explorer I get an error saying that I must install the ANSI version of ATL71.DLL. Followed by an error saying "Iexplorer has cause an error in Kernel.dll". Then Internet Explorer closes.
I've gone to the website that lots of people have suggested and downloaded the proper ATL71.DLL file. I placed that ATL71.DLL file into the System32 file.
I restarted my computer after doing so.
I am still getting the exact same error messages I was before and I still cannot use Internet Explorer.
Help would be appreciated.
