Zone Alarm interfering with streaming video (Moved from Cyber Safety)

I find Zone Alarm interferes with streaming video on web sites such as Foxnews and IBD.com. If I turn off Zone Alarm then I can see the videos. I don't like to be without the firewall, but don't know what else to do to see the videos. Can you help?

I see you are running XP Home. Have you have installed Service Pack 2? If so, the inbuilt XP firewall offers very good protection and it's all I use. Why not uninstall Zone Alarm and activate the Windows Firewall? See here (http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/networking/learnmore/icf.mspx).

I am unable to keep Windows Firewall running. I turned off Zonealarm, but did not uninstall it. I want to be sure Win Firewall will continue running before doing so. Any help?

Zone Alarm is turning off the Windows Firewall but I see that Miz has explained that to you in another thread.
