advanced registrey optimizer

I tried to install the free version of Advanced Registry Optimizer to fix 20 problems for free but I get the message---The ARO.EXE file is linked to missing export SECUR32.DLL:GetUserNameExW. What if anything can I do about this. I have an HP Pavillion running Windows ME. I suppose if I get the pay for version for $30 I will have the same problem.

Don't bother, "registry optimizers" are crap and cause more problems than they solve, you will find that is the consensus of professionals at this and other forums.
