I do not know if I am supposed to ask this, as it is not a P.C. question.. but here goes......
I bought a DVD receiver about a year ago,, It was SO complicated I never got to grips with it. after about 6 months I gave it away,,,, I know I am in my eighties but have always managed to solve ordinary tech problems,,,,
I put my computers together, on my 4th one. Can anybody let me know if there is a straight forward DVD player, and recorder I could buy...Beth

Hi there Bizziowen :)

Your quite welcome to ask this type of question, just they're posted in the 'Anything Else Forum' Here (http://www.cybertechhelp.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=21).
Not to worry though, a moderator will move this topic for you. So there's no need to go and create a duplicate post.

Unfortunately I'm not very familiar with DVD Hardware, so i'll let someone else help you with this one. Great to see your still into computing at your age though !

Do a bit of research. Have a look at these 2 sites:-

http://www.dvdrecorderworld.com/

http://www.radioandtelly.co.uk/dvdrecorders.html

The problem today is that most of the new models have loads of features that the majority of us never use.

Good luck.
