I am trying to load my "Grolier encyclopedia" I get the message to instal quicktime 3.0 I have used Grolier in the past, could I have lost quicktime 3.0 ? how do I get it back. ???:confused:

Have you updated Quicktime? Do a find files for Quicktime and check which version you have.
Your Grolier Encyclopedia may not be compatible with newer versions of Quicktime.
