I thought this file would be helpful since this is a help site. When people just don't get what you are saying you can actually show them by using this little nifty program I found.
CamStudio (http://www.rendersoftware.com/products/camstudio/index.htm)
You set it to either record part of the screen, to record the area around your mouse and follow it, or to record the whole screen. Press record and then it will start making an avi movie (which you can convert to shockwave flash later)
I can see where this would be helpful if the task can't be said in words or the person doesn't understand when you explain it in words.

Let me Explain...
1) You run the software
2) an invisble fairy with an invisible camcorder makes a movie of what is displayed on your moniter
3) The little fairy runs back to headquarters and turns the video into an avi file.
4) The little fairy sends the avi file through fairy mail to the program on your computer which saves it on your harddrive

So.....What if I put my ahnd on the monitor? Would it record my hand?

(This should help us with specific things, such as registry editing, downloading programs, and using programs. AnnMarie could make a turotial for Spy Bot.... :D )

Well see the fairy has a puch of fairy dust that alters your mind so she can make you think you are putting your hand on the screen when you are really not.

OMG! Fairy mail?? Mind altering??! Fairy DUST?!! Now you're talkin' my kind of language!
On the serious side, though, I think this is cool. There are a few programs I use for my work, and before I got them, I checked them out with a demo that was available; showed you how it actually worked in action! I guess that's what you're getting at, Enat. Cool!
