Dell laptop selective or normal startup?

Looked in msconfig and unchecked several items that were slowing down my startup. I noticed under geral that selective startup was highlighted and not normal startup. Which one should it actually be set on.

Anytime you uncheck (select) things in msconfig not to load on startup, Windows is then using "selective startup."

So, what you're seeing is normal.
