I was installing quickbooks 2005, had several errors and followed directions from intuit support. The last thing they had me do was to "repair the program" seemed to work fine, then it asked to reboot and I let it reboot, now it goes from the dell screen to "remove disk or other media, press any key to continue" there is nothing in my cdrom, no floppy, no other disk available. and if I hit a key it does nothing but repeat the command. Help please, my computer is dead. I have vista home ed.
