Vista & XP on same computer ....

This might sound a bit of a strange question but :confused:

I have a new computer with Vista Home Basic installed and wondered if it is possible to install XP on the same machine ? I have an Acer M1100 with 250 gb h/d. I am recently sorted out a self-inflicted problem with Vista on the pc (thanks to some help from CyberTech) and would like to know if this is possible. I pressume I could then dual boot and choose which o/s to use.
